What happened: She is inactive and is really immature, She cant handle situations with out getting angry. Like on the forums she got pretty angry over some small stuff.

Proof (pictures or youtube video): Just look at the other forum posts and you will see what i mean and many people have witnessed her freaking out over stuff

I feel like she doesn't punish people correctly and has a hard time keeping control of a situation

Sorry colonel stress and lack of sleep.make me edgy. I have had a large amount of both.
Now for the inactivity part. I haven't seen you play in a while either. But that's probably because we just don't play at the same time. You can ask vanilla I have been playing lately, all accept yesterday, studying for a staar I had today, but yeah ask vanilla most of you all staff wise don't seem to be on when I play.
I get mad at a few things but honestly only two were actually at the people. Those would be the iron confrontation a long while ago and then your command. I was mad at you because I asked a lot of my friends who owned/staffed jail break servers and everyone of them disagreeded With what you said and that it was rdm.

Iron just a question how do you know how I punish people? Like really I haven't played at the same time as you in a long while and you all usually handled everything before I would be able to do anything, like before my short inactivity due to computer problems.
Again just how you might know this? How I Handle a situation?


One last thing to both of you, a major question how might how I act of the forums, majority just talking with a few argument, reflect how I play the game?

One more thing before I go take a stressful staar test. If you look at my earliest post you should notice one thing when it came to staff. One of my main reasons was that I could play when most staff were not online. And that reason still holds true. The only person on staff other than vanilla that seems to always be on when I am on would be Jarhead, the guy applying for staff.

Here is an example of poor handling. If you can't see the things wrong in that sentence, then there's your issue.
1. Different servers have different rules, it doesn't matter what "everyone of them" says about this server.
2. Just because someone does something you disagree with, doesn't give you the right to make a giant scene out of it and be disrespectful towards fellow staff members.

On a few other forum posts you reference others, and pretty much insult others, without directly saying their name. I see this when you say things like (paraphrase) "One of them just made a mod app" or.. "I have my eye on other mods at the moment." pretty much you are taking things into your own hands, pretending to be the only person seeing the problem and only person handling the problem. You aren't batman, you aren't experienced with handling staff issues, so why pretend to be?

Your previous forum posts abot how you had to ban somebody, then ban their alternate account is an example of a lack of expereince when it comes to handling IDbans. The way you fail to address situations in game, and when you do address them, how you always approach it from an angry bias standpoint. You often punish people unaccordingly even with little to no evidence about it...

Finally about inactivity, you have played a total of 12 and a half hours. That means you have played ~ 30 mins a day. This is about half as much as SexyWalrus plays and about 1/3 of what I play and a whopping 1/7 out of what DEAGLE void, a fellow staff member who you fight with often, has...

After taking all of this in account, I tend to have to agree with colonel.

Check Game tracker, I currently have more hours than anyone. So for you to be saying that I am not active when im on for at least an hour or two a day. And Within this time I play, A lot of other staff Such as jayross, Iron, Vanilla, Moofulff, Deadle, and even Fact0ry have been on recently.

Ps: Im looking off the current game tracker, I know that Iron and Vanilla have waaay more hours than i do.

PPs: Iron also has the most hours total out of anyone if I am correct too.

Meh, this doesn't deserve a demotion in my opinion. A short temper can be a problem, but as Neo said, she seems to be pretty stressed irl recently, which can easily cause her to snap, as we've seen. The inactivity however, I didn't really see as a problem, as she's usually online during the middle of the night/very early in the morning, when no staff are usually on. On not punishing people correctly, I personally haven't seen anything like that as of late, especially as when I'm on the server during 3 AM while she is on, she will usually message me asking if she's doing the punishment, just to be sure. Unless I'm missing something major, I'm not really in with the demotion. That's my two cents anyway, probably won't be replying anymore unless some crazy shit happens.

1.Sorry that I happen to have a different view. It's not like I can know instantly what registers in the mind of the owners or other people. I am not a psychic so sorry if I found it off because no other server has ever played that way that I have been on.
2. What giant scene, I had a small argument with Katy about it and no way showed disrespect to Colonel or Katy directly or in directly.
3. Like what just deal with it. Yes I could have but sorry I thought it was not fair. And as Katy said in our talk "Use common sense" and so I did and still found it wrong.
4.maybe I interpret rules differently at one moment, so what if you ask people what a rules means like Mic spamming, you will get a few different answers.
Okay one was because the person was not fit for staff if they where going to be insulting random people, the other was because things happen and well I do notice stuff, now I'm not saying I'm barman or so shit like that. Also may I ask how the fuck you know if I am experienced in staff issues. I would say the simple counter is spending four months on a server, as a head admin, after getting head admin after a couple of weeks. And then handling abusive staff members and staff that just didn't do shit.
Now then the banning two accounts I noticed a different in them but I banned the alternate after conversing with vanilla about it and he even told me to ban it if a rule was broken. So I did. And the other three broke multiple rules and I saw proof of them doing the shit so I banned accordingly.
Sorry I don't have half my hours registered, had the hours not counted the original server. That my computer fucking broke for a while. I got like Factory was observed with a game for a little to hang out with some friends. And that you don't see me play nightly and during all the time you guys are not on.

Now for colonel.
Please enlighten me how does that one line say your inactive. I just pointed out how you just happen to not be on when I play and it seems only vanilla is and jarhead.

Also so what if they have been on that's not the point I have been saying they are not on when I have been on.

Lels, just start playing on the server more. Like twice as much :p. Also treat the players as humans and follow the rules verbatim. If you even have the slightest doubt about something, don't punish... also you missed the point about what I was saying with the bans, you didn't realize to ban them by their ID rather than username. That is something you should learn withing the first week of mod. If that

@vanilla If sexy was a normal mod we would be looking at a demotion as well, even though he is twice as active.

I did look at the id's you dummy. they had two id's but everything else was the exact same so I asked Vanilla and he still gave the same response.
