What happened:
oh ok the whole story it started when we were guards at first i like joker and thought he was cool but then he showed his real self we were playing prison idle and i said ok guys sing me song if you don't sound good its kos if it you don't have a mic write a poem about me and so i killed some of the people one person made a poem about me it was good so she lived then he start yelling that's favoritism and i said no its not it was a good poem and that's what i requested then i said all guards are now gagged if you don't do that you will be slayed he kept talking and said im not slaying myself then people wanted to rtv becuase no one wanted joker as guard then when we got to our next map the warden said kill anyone who is delayed i saw joker last but he said he was pardon even though warden said he never pardon him then later on in the game he said oh wait he was the problem was the warden did not make it loud enough or type it in chat so even if he did i never heard it so joker switch to prisoner and i was pretty mad and the reason i did not hear the warden is because party taco would not stfu so that's most likely the reason why i could not hear the warden then later on in the game i was guard again yippie and he was kinda being a dick by basically not giving a shit then when we all became guard so joker i had annoying kid party taco screaming in my ears and joker being a dick so my anger level is really high by then when i was warden i said OK its a warday you have in tell 845 to get guns then your all kos i hit the cell doors open at 915 then joker said repeatedly i never gave commands and i said yes i did omg i said it was warday then he kept saying should of been a freeday so with him and of course and annoying kid i can admit im at the wrong when i said to him you have a small penis and small brain your killing me slowly im out peace i can admit to that but i could of done a lot worse the anger was really building up between me and him and that stupid little kid. that's the only mean thing i said and i also told him to stop mic spamming all the time because he was also yelling as well

Jokers storry has no solid background of the story just spot things meaning he didn't have any defense
also he focused on only small points and repeated himself multiple times over small unimportant things

Look, I don't have a anything logical, anyone may, or may not be expecting from me. I do not abuse, nor break rules, unless by accident. Now lets start from Ground Zero. All i did, truely, was fuss at you. I banned u for a day because u had been disrespecting me the whole day saying "i never listen to you" and "i dont respect you". Then later, say "you have a small penis and small brain your killing me slowly im out peace". Ok, i dont hate you dude, but i dont know if it's the same this way. I really, jsut want to look at this later and laugh, but i feel like your gonna gonna let this go. If i did something wrong, then i guess i can be punished, but i feel like im ot the only one, if so. Also, you were repeatingly VoteGaging, if i remember, party, or ZackBuscus. U said they were being loud. Thats not a valid reason to be like "ah my ears!" then gga him. I think thats unfair. It could have been his mic, u know. But im gonna close this saying, look dude, if u feel like i deserve to be banned, then so be it.

Well, I don't know what happened exactly, but it seems a lot of people were saying The Joker was in the wrong, so I am staying Neutral for lack of evidence.

Hehesala: work on maturity. Shit is going to happen and when you handle it the way you did, it just makes it worse. Also get evidence of this in the future.

joker: people are going to be imimmature, be a bigger person and handle it more accordingly. I feel like a ban may havr been a bit much.

I might suggest taking away vote gag from users because lately people have just been spamming that over and over and it gets really annoying

I physaclly heard Hehe say that He lied. I joined when he said that line. And it was to bring Justice to the server and make it more respectable. I agree with joker that he shouldn't be banned. It would only be a demote anyway. Why a ban?

Alright... Guys, this can all be solved VERY easily in one sentence: "Stop Being Dicks and Show Some Respect"

Seriously, this could have been prevented so easily. When Joker is talking to explain the rules to you, don't slay him. If people are complaining about favoritism, talk to them about it and solve the situation. If you guys have a disagreement, respectfully handle the damn situation.

Treat one another AS HUMAN BEINGS and AS INDIVIDUALS WITH DIFFERENT THOUGHTS. Joker was in the wrong for not peacefully and more professionally resolving the situation, and Salad was wrong for obvious favoritism and just being a dick.

I have spoken to Joker, and if necessary I can speak to you as well Salad. In any case, you both are aware now of one simple rule, don't be a dick. This definitely isn't worth a ban, and in my opinion isn't even worth a demote.

Both of you are in the wrong, and staff will do their best to prevent this from ever happening again
