New Huds/Mods removal

All the mods aded are completely pointless they just create more lag. The f4 menu and esc is complicated to use, the phone takes more time to turn on than /pm. If you can i would suggest returning the stuff back to the way it was.

It is very laggy, I get 20 FPS now. I used to get over 100.

Upon further looking in to this most people including me now are having lag issues.

Dev fixed the lag issue

I don't get lag and the changes are starting to grow on me. I'm starting to get a hang of the f4 menu, I like the esc menu very much, and I don't care for the phone but I know a couple, if not a lot of people wanted it so its fine.
