Overflowed reliable buffer Empty Overflowed reliable buffer

I'm having trouble joining the server. Every time I try to join I get the error "overflowed reliable buffer". Does anyone know a fix for this? I've searched and tried changing my settings along with reinstalling the game.

From my knowledge i think its a bug with arcbank itll be fixed soon

This is not a bug with ARCBANK ive been searching apparently it's your graphics card aka video card if you could post what video card you have to help pin point what this is it will help me thanks!!

Some old posts were saying it was a RAM issue. So I upped my paging file, but that didn't help at all

Also, I only get it on this server. I tried others and they were all fine.
