Honestly haven't seen you on the server until today. You say you have 50 hours, but the gametracker I see only shows you having two hours (Which is about how long I've seen you today). Not just that, but I still call into question your maturity and professionalism. Asking for mod to punish people who insult you just kinda rubs my vibes the wrong way.

Nothing personal and my opinion can change, but that's my thoughts for now.
