Refund on server vip

I would like a refund on the server since i bought vip and i get banned 1 week later bec of abusive katie. I talked to Adam and he was being a jerk saying thanks for letting us steal your money and he said if i want to be unbanned i have to pay 5. i just want a refund since i get perma banned~ my parents are pissed at me and i just want the money back!!

Could i just please have a refund!

All I can say is refunding VIP and getting banned a lot isn't refundable since your actions of getting banned and perm.

Okay so the first time I was banned was right when I donated I stole a cop car and then they were shooting it so I was running then I accidentally clicks k so it made me die and Katie said he was a cop. Hen later he said he was on the roof trying to grab me just to talk. And it's retarded those lies like really. Then finally he said i was a hit,en. But I was pro theif. I don't really remember the second but I think what happens in the third one was I was punching in the air then Adam picked me up and banned me. Aww wait I remember the second so what happen was all Aydans fault he told me and some other guy to sit on his prop them he glitches us out of the map and I dident know he would do that so Adam comes and bans aydan and me. I explained what happened to Adam but he still banned me. well that's all of that.

Oh yeah I forgot to say you don't have to give me the refund if I get unbanned cuz I just love that server (:

He shoots people when he gets jailed/massrdm/lies A lot.../glitches out of the map/got banned 6 times in total./complaints as to why he was banned./disrespects staff like crazy..
